Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Panchreston LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Elameno iOS app and related websites (including elameno.app).

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Elameno, we may collect:

• Account and profile information. An anonymous Firebase account identifier, optional screen name, avatar selection, Game Center identifiers and display name if you enable Game Center, friend relationships, and preference flags such as GDPR acceptance.
• Gameplay and social content. Words and sentences you create, scores, streaks, badges, duel and voting activity, reactions, comments or canned responses, and posts you share to Bedfellows or related feeds.
• Generated images. Image prompts, style choices, and AI-generated images you create in the app. Generated images may be stored and, when shared, shown to other players or on share pages.
• Purchase and economy data. Records needed to validate App Store purchases (such as token packs, Z packs, and Dreamium subscriptions), token balances, and related entitlements. Apple processes payment details; we do not receive your full payment card number.
• Notifications. Device push tokens (for example FCM/APNs tokens) if you allow notifications, so we can send alerts about friends, duels, daily activity, and similar events.
• Diagnostics and product analytics. App events, device and app version information, and gameplay diagnostics such as invalid word submissions used to improve the game.

Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Firebase (Firebase Analytics) to understand how people use Elameno and our websites. This may include events such as feature usage, session activity, and technical diagnostics.

• In the iOS app we use Firebase Analytics (FirebaseAnalyticsWithoutAdIdSupport), which does not collect the device advertising identifier (IDFA) through that SDK.
• On Elameno websites and share pages we use Google Analytics to measure visits and referrals.

Google may process analytics data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve gameplay
• Validate purchases and maintain token or subscription entitlements
• Send optional push notifications you allow
• Review sentences and generate images with AI providers
• Measure product usage with Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics
• Prevent abuse, debug issues, and protect the service
• Comply with law and enforce our terms

AI features

Some features send content you create (for example sentences or image prompts) to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI and Google Gemini so we can validate writing, score gameplay, or generate images. Those providers process that content to return results to Elameno. Do not include sensitive personal information in sentences or prompts you submit.

How we share information

We share information with:

• Service providers that host and operate the app, including Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging, Analytics) and AI providers used for sentence review and image generation.
• Apple for Game Center, App Store purchases, and push delivery infrastructure.
• Other players when you use social features: display names, avatars, shared sentences, duel results, reactions, comments, and images you choose to share may be visible to friends or, where the feature allows, more broadly in feeds or public voting.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data storage and retention

We store account, gameplay, social, purchase, and analytics-related data on cloud infrastructure operated by our providers (primarily Google Cloud / Firebase). We retain information for as long as needed to provide Elameno, maintain social and purchase history, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. Generated images may remain available while associated share or feed content exists.

Your choices

• You can decline optional push notification permission in iOS Settings.
• You can disable Game Center or limit Game Center friend access in iOS Settings.
• You can choose what content to share to Bedfellows, duels, voting, or system share sheets.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, purchases, or legal compliance.

Children

Elameno is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

International users

We are based in the United States. If you use Elameno from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Elameno after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
